Kara Caughell has been practice Yoga for 12 years and teaching for 6 years. She received her 300-hour teacher training certification with Breath Hot Yoga in Calgary Alberta. She has gone on the obtain additional training in Yoga Adjusting, Yin, and most recently I-rest Meditation. Kara’s passion for Yoga has become an evolution, she was first brought to her mat to help cope with Anxiety. Yoga has taught her to become present, to create space inside the body through the Asana (postures) and Breath, to focus the Mind and Breath intentionally to the alignment of the body. She continues to practice Yoga and Meditation daily. Kara looks forward to continuing to guide her fellow Inspired Minds Yogis through classes that are specific and suitable to them. She truly believes within each posture there is something you are able to do.
