Katrina is currently a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. In 2013, Katrina received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vancouver Island University, and in 2020 she completed a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology at the University of Calgary. While completing her education goals, Katrina gained experience working with youth and women with concerns related to trauma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and substance use. In her role as a therapist, Katrina takes a person-centered approach and views individuals as being an expert in their own experience. In addition, she uses interventions from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
