Olivia graduated from the City University of Seattle in 2021 with a Master of Counselling degree. She is currently registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists as a Registered Provisional Psychologist. As a born-and-raised Calgarian, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Royal University in 2016. Olivia has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with diverse mental health disorders and concerns including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. Olivia is passionate about focusing on clients’ strengths and past successes to encourage hope and positive change to their lives. She is a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy trained therapist who is also proficient in the theoretical orientations of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her dog and cat and exploring the outdoors.
