Olivia is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and is currently in the process of becoming a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
Olivia graduated from the City University of Seattle in 2021 with a Master of Counselling degree. As a born-and-raised Calgarian, she had previously received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Royal University in 2016. Olivia has previous experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She also has counselling experience through her practicum at the City University Calgary Clinic working with diverse clients with concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, personality disorders, and trauma. Olivia is passionate about focusing on clients’ strengths and past successes to encourage bringing hope and positive change to their lives. She is proficient in applying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to her practice and is actively training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her dog and cat and exploring the outdoors.
