Meghan began her helping journey as a teacher, facilitating suicide prevention programs for youth in schools. She volunteered at the Canadian Mental Health Association as a distress line worker before completing her master of counselling from City University. She uses a strength-based approach, is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Meghan enjoys working with individuals with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, emotion regulation, personality disorders and grief. She is registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists as a Registered Psychologist.
